************* [Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.,J.] This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to extend the time granted to the Petitioner under OTS Scheme vide Letter, dated 13.8.2018.

2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 21.8.2019, it was represented by both sides that the matter is likely to be settled between the parties. Accordingly, we directed the Registry to list the matter for ''reporting settlement'', today. Thus, the matter is listed today for ''reporting settlement''. 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the bank has issued a letter, dated 28.6.2019 extending the OTS Scheme to the Petitioner and directed him to remit a sum of Rs.17 lakhs (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs only) and that the Petitioner has also paid the said sum on 28.7.2019. Therefore, he submitted that nothing remains in this Writ Petition to be adjudicated upon further and further submits that the Writ Petition may be disposed of as infructuous.

4.The learned counsel for the respondents/Bank is not disputing the above-said fact.
