ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.648 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners prevented the surveyor and his assistants from measuring a land. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that before surveying the land, notice was not issued to the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners have objected to survey the land. He would further submit that the petitioners are innocents and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the first petitioner is having one previous case. He would further submit that the investigation is yet to be completed. 3.Considering the conduct of the petitioners that they prevented the Government officials from discharging their duties and also the fact that the first petitioner is having bad antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
