ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused (Rank Not KNown), apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 494 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government advocate (Crl.sdie) would submit that one time settlement was reached between the parties while hearing Crl.R.C.(MD)No.620 of 2009 dated 12.04.2022 and no case has been registered against the petitioner sofar.

CRL OP(MD). No.12677 of 2022 trouble arises during the course of investigation, the petitioner may workout his remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings.
