ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to provide necessary clarification to the respondents 3 and 4 clarifying the seniority position of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant recruited through the TNPSC Advertisement No.27/99, dated 07.10.1999 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the petitioner's prayer has been met with clarification on 21.03.2017. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty of this Court to challenge the said clarification, dated 21.03.2017.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, granting such liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
