************* The order of the writ Court was to consider the petitioner's application seeking for cancellation of patta on its own merits and in accordance with law within a stipulated time. Complaining of disobedience, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate had produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/2480/2019 dated 20.08.2019 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, whereby the petitioner's representation was rejected. In view of the order passed, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as wilful disobedience. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 20.08.2019, liberty is granted to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
