Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No. 617/B3/02 No. 802 dated 21.08.2002 and the consequential proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 8/A2/8 dated 18.3.2005 and further consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in Mu.Mu.No. 340/A4/07 dated 23.05.2007 and quashing the above orders direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner as secondary grade teacher in time scale of pay with all benefits and emoluments from the dated of appointment (i.e) 15.07.2002 made in the T.D.T.A. High School K.Kailapuram, Gangaikondan, Tuticorin District by holding G.O.MS.No.79 Education Department dated 14.06.2002 G.O.MS.No.100 Education Department dated 27.09.2004 as void and illegal.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Tuticorin dated 27.04.2022 in Na.Ka.No.2771/B4/2022. 2.A reading of which shows that the order passed in the Writ Appeal has been substantially complied with. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The financial benefits that would be payable to the petitioner in the Contempt Petition shall be paid within a period of six (6) weeks from today (29.04.2022).
