ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the non bailable warrant issued against the petitioner on 24.08.2018 in S.C.No.130 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Sessions Judge/Special Court for PCR Act, Tirunelveli. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.130 of 2016 on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge/Special Court for PCR Act, Tirunelveli. Therefore, NonBailable Warrant came to be issued on 06.06.2018. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the Court below is directed to impose stringent conditions against the petitioner and make him appear before the Court regularly apart from the hearing dates, while considering the petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
