This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue separate patta as per the sub-division made by the respondent pertaining to the properties situated in old S.F.Nos.205/3-B (0.52), 182/4A (0.56), 182/4C(0.24) at Trichy District, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Asoor Village and in S.F.Nos. 133/1 (1.82), 133/6 (2.00), 133/7 (1.54), at Trichy District, Asoor Village, Theneripatti Village, punja lands, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the above mentioned properties are absolutely belonging to her and her two sisters and there is no dispute between them with regard to the said properties. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 23.10.2017, seeking issuance of separate patta in her name as per the subdivision made by the respondent on 25.05.2014. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2017 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties. 5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
