PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner against the 3rd respondent who is making disturbances and life threatening during the construction of the house of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 08.07.2021 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner against the 3rd respondent who is making disturbances and life threatening during the construction of the house of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2021 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry was conducted against the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 04.09.2021.
