Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to furnish the copies of the compliant given by Vanitha, Ramalakshimi and Nandini dated 03.08.2016, 10.08.2016 and 18.08.2016 against him and also other documents by considering his representation dated 29.07.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard Mr.M.Karuppasamy Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make a representation before the respondents for furnishing the copies of complaint made against him by Vanitha, Ramalakshimi and Nandini.

3.If such representation is made, the same shall be considered and orders passed thereon on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
