ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.253 of 2014 dated 03.09.2014 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC on the file of the first respondent police insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after completion of investigation in Cr.No.253 of 2014, the first respondent police filed a final report and the same has taken cognizance in C.C.No.35 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District. After full trial the petitioner and other accused persons were acquitted and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
