Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents from in anyway disturbing the petitioner from functioning as Junior Assistant at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District and consequently permit the petitioner to function as Junior Assistant in the very same school in pursuant to the transfer order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.ka.No.1281/A1/2016, dated 15.06.2016.

ORDER
The petitioner M.Lakshmiprabha, who is serving as Junior Assistant in Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District, was transferred to Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Thiruppavan, Sivagangai District, vide order of the second respondent, dated 15.06.2016. When the petitioner went to join in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District, she was permitted to join pursuant to the transfer order. However, based on the oral direction by the first respondent Chief Educational Officer, Sivagangai District, the second respondent the District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Educational Officer, Sivagangai Educational District, orally directed the petitioner to go back to the Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Thiruppuvanam, without there being any valid order. Therefore, the petitioner has come to this Court.
2. When there was an oral order passed by the second respondent to go back to join in Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Thiruppuvanam, apprehending that any unpleasant order will be passed, the petitioner has filed WMP(MD)No.8313 of 2016 seeking an order of interim injunction.
3. When the matter was taken up for admission, Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from Mr.Kannan, Personal Assistant to the second respondent District Educational Officer, Sivagangai Educational District, submitted that the petitioner will not be disturbed by asking her to go back to the previous school namely Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District.
4. Recording his statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
