The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to issue patta in respect of the property situated at Old R.S.No.96, New R.S.No.91/1 to an extent of 44 cents out of 99 cents at Madurai South Taluka, Virahanoor Village, Ayyampathi Coconut Groove. To that effect, the petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent on 05.01.2016. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.01.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
