This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10226 of 2019 would submit that during the investigation, compromise has been reached between the parties and therefore, further action in this case was dropped. He would further submit that RCS notice was also served upon the second respondent.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
