JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 25.03.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.25357 of 2023.

2.As fairly conceded by the learned senior counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal may not be maintainable as the impugned order is a consent order. Be that as it may, taking into account the special facts and circumstances of this case and the financial condition of Annamalai University, we grant four more months from today ie., 23.06.2025 to comply with the order of the learned Single Judge. 2/4
