PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 409, 420 and 120(b) IPC in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Perusal of record shows that the co-accused, namely A3, has been granted regular bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12501 of 2022 vide order dated 12.07.2022 on the ground that the entire amount has been recovered from the possession of A3 and this petitioner is stated to be the wife of A1. A1 is the Manager of the concerned institution. Perusal of CD file also shows that more than Rs.5 lakhs have been recovered from the custody of this petitioner and the remaining amount was alleged to be spent by the 1st accused, who is in prison.

3.Considering the fact that the amount has been recovered and the co-accused has been released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
