ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by the first respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka 734 of 2018 dated 10.07.2018

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is already pending against the petitioner in Crime No. 1 of 2018. Subsequently two more complaints have been given against the petitioner and the petitioner was called for enquiry with regard https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to this complaint.

5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
