ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to register the Sale Deed in respect of the properties comprised in Survey Nos. 87/2B, 84/4B1 and 83/6A situated at Appakkarai Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, without insisting to produce the original Sale Deeds bearing Document Nos.8272 of 2007, dated 14.12.2007, 8273 of 2007, dated 19.12.2007 and 8269 of 2007 dated 19.12.2007.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondent has orally informed that the petitioner should produce all the original sale deed for effecting the registration.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not even produced the original sale deed which is sought to be registered.

4. In view of the above, this Court is directing the petitioner to produce original sale deed dated 27.03.2025 to the respondent. On such production, the respondent shall accept the said sale deeds and register the same, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
