ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.2022 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent.

Perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.2022 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant. The petitioner is directed to co-operate the respondent police in order to expedite the investigation.
