ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property situated in old S.No.460/1B2, new S.No.1314/50 at Pillayarkulam Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that no civil suit or rival claim is pending in respect of the above mentioned property and as such, she has submitted a representation dated 04.08.2017 to the respondent to survey the property in question. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

also taking into account the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2017 and pass suitable orders regarding measurement of the property, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
