The Hon'ble High Court while hearing the CRL OP(MD) Nos.13451,12158 AND 7807 of 2021 on 23/09/2021 has passed an Order as follows:
When the matter was taken up for hearing on14.09.2021, a report was called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai as to the stage of the final report that has been stated to be presented. It appears that the Registry has sent notice belatedly and report has not been received so far.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it was presented on 07.07.2021 itself. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.78207 of 2021 would submit that because of the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer under Section 145 Cr.P.C proceedings they are facing serious trouble in running the administration. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
3. The Registry is directed to send reminder to the Judicial Magistrate, Nilkottai to send a report on or before 27.09.2021 to this Court through special messenger. The reminder shall be sent by the Registry on 24.09.2021 without fail.

In this connection, you namely the THE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE, NILAKOTTAI is again hereby required to submit your report as stated in the orders cited above, to this Registry on or before 26/9/2021 as the matter stands posted on 27/09/2021.
