ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 376, 506(ii), 294(b), 354(B) of IPC in Crime No.762 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons sexually harassed the daughter of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report and the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the occurrence had taken place in the month of September. CRL OP(MD). No.10374 of 2023 the victim recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C, it is seen that the petitioner had dragged her to remote place and had committed penetrative sexual assault on the victim girl on so many occasions. He also threatened her with dire consequences and only because of his relationship she also got pregnant. Therefore the petitioner has committed very serious offence against the minor victim girl hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
