respondent to assess the guideline value of the property bearing Survey Nos. 143/25 and 143/26 situated at Melagaram Village, Tenkasi District in pursuance of the petitioner's representations dated 18.11.2024 and 30.12.2024 and subsequently direct the 4th respondent to register the sale transaction between himself and the proposed seller forthwith for the above said property.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2024.
