3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that pursuant to the impugned order passed in this case, the petitioner was acquitted and his vehicle bearing Registration No.TN65-R-9770(TVS-WEGO) was also released.

4.In view of the above fact this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
