O RDER This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.158 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent police.
2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over and the charge report was filed in E-filing No.2210/2022 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur and yet to be taken on file.
3. The Investigating Officer is directed to re-submit the charge sheet, after rectifying the defect within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
