ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2, 3 and 4, more particularly the third respondent, to conduct a survey of the property bearing Survey Nos.263/1B1, 265/2C and 265/4B measuring an
extent of 0.92.00 Heaters, situated at Nallur Revenue Village, Madurai South, Madurai, Madurai District, by considering his representation dated 26.05.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Palanivelayutham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fifth respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the above mentioned property from one Dev Ananth on 28.06.2019. The patta for the said property was also muted in favour of the petitioner in Patta No.12041. The petitioner submitted a representation on 26.05.2025 seeking survey of the above mentioned land. He also paid necessary charges for the survey. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within a time stipulated by this Court.
5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and the private respondents 6 and 7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
