ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Se.Mu.Anai.No.6154/13/Aa7/Thanjai dated 19.11.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

3. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
