To quash the same, this criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court suggested to the petitioner's counsel that he can withdraw this criminal original petition and file a fresh petition after the final report is filed. After getting instructions from the petitioner, the petitioner's counsel made an endorsement for withdrawing this criminal original petition. Permission is granted.
