The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent i.e., the Agriculture Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2016 seeking temporary promotion as Deputy Director of Agriculture and Joint Director of Agriculture on par with his immediate juniors, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2016 seeking temporary promotion as Deputy Director of Agriculture and Joint Director of Agriculture on par with his immediate juniors and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
