ORDER

The revision petitioner is a third party to O.S.No.196 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur. The suit for specific performance was filed by the first respondent herein against the second and third respondents. The suit was decreed and to enforce the same E.P.No.29 of 2015 has been filed. The revision petitioner wanted to get himself impleaded in the suit proceedings. Hence, he filed E.A.No.5 of 2018. The Court below dismissed the said application filed for impleading, by order, dated 21.06.2018.

2. This Court is unable to appreciate and understand the approach of the petitioner herein. By getting himself impleaded in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the execution petition, no purpose will be served. The petitioner

had not filed an application for obstruction. Therefore, the Court below is justified in passing the order impugned in this civil revision petition. There is no merit in this petition.

3. This Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed accordingly. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
