ORDER

The revision petitioners seek speedy disposal of A.S.No.67 of 2015 pending before the Sub Court, Palani holding camp at Kodaikanal. The request is accepted. Because, the parties appear to be senior citizens. The first revision petitioner is aged about 81 years.

2.Therefore, Sub Court, Palani holding camp at Kodaikanal, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.67 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
