ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to conduct proper enquiry and appoint the eligible persons for the post of Noon Meal Organizers and Cook, following the procedures of reservation by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 26.10.2017.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though pointing out the irregularities committed in the selection process for appointment to the post of Noon Meal Organisers and Cook, she made a representation to the 1st respondent on 26.10.2017, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.Upon notice, the second respondent filed a counter affidavit, wherein at paragraph No.5, the names of 18 candidates, who had attended the interview, including the petitioner, were mentioned and the same proceeds to say that the allegations of the petitioners were also answered.

4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner stoutly refuted the averments made in the counter affidavit.
