Prayer in CMP(MD). No.6262 of 2019:- Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Order 41 Eulw 19 of Civil Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to set aside the dismissal order passed by this Honourable Court in CRP.No.424 of 2014 on 14.06.2019 and to restore the same.

Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order and decreetal order dated 13.11.2013 made in I.A.No.258 of 2012 in O.S.No.91 of 2012 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam. ORDER:- Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit and the order of this Court dated 14.06.2019 filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.P.Rajan, Advocate for the Petitioner, and the Respondent not appearing in person or by advocate, this Court made the following order:

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.06.2019 dismissing the Civil Revision Petition.
