ORDER

The petitioners have approached this court that the respondent police are harassing them under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.22 of 2025 on 28.06.2025 for the offence under Sections 120(b), 406, 417, 420 and 506(1) of IPC, as against the petitioners.

3.Since it is reported that a case is registered as against the petitioners, they have to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly this criminal original petition is closed. 23.07.2025 DSK 2/4
