Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.A.AJMALKHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU,Additional Public Prosecutor of the Respondents for the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13812 of 2018, dated 03.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a day delay in executing the sureties and surrender before the trial Court by the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time of surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
