ORDER

This petition has been filed by the accused who is facing trial in C.C. No.1277 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi for a direction for speedy disposal of the case.

2. The petitioner is facing trial for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC and Final report has been filed in the year 2017 itself and the charges have also been framed. The Court below is yet to start the trial.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi is directed to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.1277 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
