COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the orders passed in I.A.No.47 of 2015 in O.A.No.15 of 2012 in C.C.No.94 of 2008, on the file of Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners have challenging the order impugned herein, they would be satisfied if this Court issues a direction to permit the petitioners to raise all points before the trial Court at the time of trial.
3.Recording the same, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points before the trial Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
