2.The order impugned in the writ petition is appealable before the State Level Scrutiny Committee. Therefore, we are not inclined to go into the issue. More so because factual aspects are involved. If the 2/4

petitioners file an appeal before the State Level Scrutiny Committee within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months thereafter.

3.With the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
