ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ A4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 364(A) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.43 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein along with other accused abducted the victims and also demanded money from them. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that three similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.10393 of 2023 the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having three similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
