This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order passed by the Additional Sessions Court, Karur in Crl.A.No.166 of 2018 on 28.02.2019 in confirming the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.2297 of 2017 in D.V.P.No.02 of 2017 on 14.12.2017 and allow this Criminal Revision Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent represented that the main case itself was disposed of by the trial court and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
