Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader brought to my notice that the petitioner had been terminated vide proceedings dated 31.05.2022. A copy of the same has been served on the petitioner's counsel. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
