O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of S.A.No.251 of 2023 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

3. The grievance expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the SARFAESI Application was filed as early as in the year 2023 and that for the last three years, there has been absolutely no progress in the case and it is under these circumstances, the petitioner was constrained to file the present Civil Revision Petition.

4. Taking into consideration the grievance expressed by the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that the SARFEASI Application is of the year 2023, there shall be a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai to dispose of S.A.No.251 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
