II, Dindigul, for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and 414 I.P.C. seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in C.C.No.68 of 2011, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued against the petitioners on 07.11.2016.
