Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRAM PRABHU,Government Advocate Criminal Side for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10118 of 2018, dated 26.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of sixteen days in executing the sureties and surrender before the trial Court by the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time of surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
