The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul to dispose of the case in C.C.No.534 of 2018 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress. He would further submit that it would be suffice, if the learned Magistrate is directed to dispose of the case within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking note of the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any view with regard to the merits of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.534 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
