A.P.G. OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Govt. Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14078 of 2018, dated 09.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of two months in executing the sureties and surrender before the trial Court by the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time of surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
