By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with, as no adverse order is going to be passed against them.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has completed the Higher Secondary school and has scored 79.875% of marks. The petitioner applied for admission of five year B.A., L.L.B., Degree course and he was called for counseling on 27.10.2017, before the first respondent and allotted a seat at Vellore College. he lost his original mark statements of 10th and +2, he could not produce the same. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 14.11.2017 before the first respondent, requested to grant him time to produce the duplicate certificates. Since there was no response on the said representation, he is before this Court.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submits that the prayer of the petitioner would be considered subject to production of 10th certificate within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to produce the 10th mark statement and other connected documents, if any, before the respondents 1 and 2, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such production, the same shall be considered by the respondents 1 and 2 and necessary orders be passed forthwith. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
