on 12.12.2020 vide proceedings dated RPF./TC/P.227/DAR/HCVP/2020/1061. It is for the petitioner to question the order of dismissal in the manner known to law. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 2.Leaving open the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed.
