: Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent No.2 to grant permission for conduct agitation on 31.08.2018 from 06.00PM to 07.00PM near Thiyagikal park, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, by considering petitioners representation dated 22.08.2018 within the time stipulated time by this Court.

This Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct an agitation on 31.08.2018 at Thiyagikal park, Devakottai, Sivagangai District. 2.The date fixed for the agitation is already over. 3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation to the second respondent, if the petitioner is going to conduct an agitation at any future date and the second respondent on receipt of such representation shall consider the same in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
