RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4908/2019 in Crl.O.P.No.6060/2019 by order dated 11/06/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S. RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4908/2019 in Crl.O.P.No.6060/2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had complied with the original condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6060 of 2019 regularly. Thereafter, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4908 of 2019, this court modified the said condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Idol Wing Police Station, Guindy at Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. According to him, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) in this regard.

4.Taking into consideration the above submissions and also the fact that the petitioner had complied with the original condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6060 of 2019 regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.4908 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.6060 of 2019 on 11/06/2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Idol Wing Police Station, Guindy once in a month, I.e on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 25/07/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
